Systems Engineer L6 The position requires extensive systems engineering experience to include: system/software development experience spanning multiple years, program/project management leadership experience, risk identification and management, requirements engineering, integrated master schedule development, data flow analysis, dependency identification, and interface definition. The candidate will support the PMO in all areas and all phases of the system development lifecycle; examples of this support could include: CONOPS, Capability Roadmaps, Functional Requirements Documents, System and Functional Architecture artifacts, Software Requirements Specifications, Analysis of Alternatives, Trade Studies, Technology Gap Analysis, Program Plans, Capability Roadmaps, and Dev/Ops Processes and Procedures. Additionally, this position requires the ability to closely coordinate with multiple internal teams and external organizations supporting the program schedule. Leads, organizes, and coordinates with all stakeholders (customer, mission sponsor, project directors, solution providers, service providers, development teams, operational testers, etc.) to support the planning, implementation, and execution of program objectives.Implements a requirements configuration management process.Works with all data store components, taking into consideration all conversion and interface requirements.Uses Agile Development methodology and ensure implementation of Software Configuration Management anizes, attends, documents, facilitates, and participates in all relevant meetings associated with the identification of requirements and integration of systems and data.Generates and maintains a Data Flow and Work Flow Management processes that incorporate the definition, characterization, structure, classification, tagging and implementation of new Data sources for accessibility. Provides technical assistance and feedback to the identified mission sponsor, project directors, solution providers, services providers, development teams, operational testers, etc.) through the review of key program documentation.Participate in technical meetings and reviews, assessing, evaluating, and integrating new capabilities within the problem space using architecture artifacts and requirements evaluation and tracking.Assist the government in adjudicating capability needs levied against the program form various sources considering among many things; enterprise and cloud:enabling policies, ingest data flows, smart data implementation, transitioning and decommissioning systems.Researchs customer databases and web pages for existing artifacts and documents related to the Compliance as:is Architecture.The contractor shall support the identified government leads for customer Mission Compliance in order to document and keep current as:is and to:be compliance architectures.Leads, organizes, and coordinates with identified government personnel to plan, implement, and deliver artifacts and documents pertaining to the as:is and to:be compliance architectures for multiple functional areas (i.e. Age:off, Date Access, Data Tracking, Dissemination, Foreignness, obligation to Review , Purge, Query and Rules Management) as well as identified mission threads (i.e., Multi:Organization Communication Transactions).Identifies and analyzes how newly proposed Compliance capability needs impact the A?to:beA? Compliance Architecture in the near and long term.Documents all current and further compliance software components, interfaces, and processes.Documents all current and future compliance hardware components, infrastructure and interface.Provides configuration control for all artifacts and documents delivered to mission leadership, the IC, and possible all other customer and stakeholders.*All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph Individual Capabilities Required:Twenty (20) years systems engineering experience supporting DoD/IC programs.
