Systems Engineer (Collection and CNO) (SE6) Provides SE support for programs within the organization and promotes standardization of documentation and work across organizations using standardized templates, frameworks, and procedures.Working with organizations, identifies stakeholders, coordinates shared activities, and helps shape interactions with the other organizations.Supports the development, decision tracking, and cross thread analysis; working with Thread Leads to further develop thread concepts, configuration management, prioritization of processes, and document decisions. Provides assessment responses and feedback.Creates thread reviews respective of the organization and a set of Use Cases, Mission Outcomes, and Measures of Success.Provides cross organizational analysis across the enterprise on implementation strategies, engineering processes, identification of gaps and needs, efficiencies/duplication avoidance, and transition/decommissioning.Reviews the initiatives and the goals in order to compare against the Capability Needs.Monitors activities of programs within the organization and report, assessing the needs and progress.Provides insight into the organizationsA? priorities and A?Care:AboutsA? and reports back to Leadership, particularly early on, and also provides reciprocal feedback from the Leadership to the organizations.Recommends review and analysis of products and processes associated with the activities and provide feedback.Provides inputs to the Integrated Master Schedules, as required.*All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph Individual Capabilities Required:Twenty (20) years systems engineering experience supporting DoD/IC programs. BachelorA?s degree in Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.Four (4) years of additional systems engineering experience may be substituted for a BachelorA?s degreeA Masters degree in a qualifying engineering field may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the requirement to eighteen (18) years of experienceExperience coordinating development projects.Analysis of design and implementation alternatives, tradeoffs, and recommendations.Analysis of functional, system, and non:functional requirements, data flows, and dependencies.Architecture experience (DoDAF, Zachman).Excellent knowledge of the Collection and CNO domains.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within expected schedule to complete.Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts.WOOD is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; all qualified applicants are encouraged and will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
