The contractor shall:Provide SE support for programs within the Y organization and promote standardization of documentation and work across Y organizations using standardized templates, frameworks, and proceduresWorking with both the D and P organizations, identify stakeholders, coordinate shared activities, and help shape Y52 interactions with the other Y organizationsSupport the development, decision tracking, and cross thread analysis; working with Thread Leads to further develop thread concepts, configuration management, prioritization of processes, and document decisions. Provide assessment responses and collaboration with Y51, create thread reviews respective of the organization and a set of Use Cases, Mission Outcomes, and Measures of SuccessProvide cross organizational analysis across the enterprise on implementation strategies, engineering processes, identification of gaps and needs, efficiencies/duplication avoidance, and transition/decommissioningReview the Integrated Mission Management Cross:Y initiatives and the goals in order to compare against the Capability NeedsMonitor activities of programs within the Y organization and report, assessing the needs and progressProvide insight into the Y organizationsA? priorities and A?Care:AboutsA? and report back to Y5 Leadership, particularly early on, and also provide reciprocal feedback from the Y5 Leadership to the Y organizationsRecommend review and analysis of products and processes associated with the Y Directorate Roadmap activities and provide feedbackProvide inputs to the Integrated Master Schedules, as required Education and Experience Required: BachelorA?s degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 20 years of general systems engineering experience, a MasterA?s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 18 years of general systems engineering experience, or a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 24 years of general systems engineering experience. Required capabilities:Experience coordinating development projectsAnalysis of design and implementation alternatives, tradeoffs, and recommendationsAnalysis of functional, system, and non:functional requirements, data flows, and dependenciesArchitecture experience (DoDAF, Zachman)Excellent knowledge of the Information Assurance domainStrong oral, written and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within expected schedule to completeFlexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts Clearance Requirement:TS/SCI with Polygraph EOE AA M/F/D/V to EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability EEO is the Law poster Requires TS/SCI with Poly
