Job Description:/h3:
As a Sales Representative for Allied, you will need to be a self starter, highly motivated, goal:oriented, with a great keen sense on closing deals. Must, have a strong dedication in targeting new business, while maintaining current client relationships and increasing revenue while adapting to market change.
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
: Develop new business opportunities, a primary focus on prospecting, generating outbound calls and generating campaign mailers
: Complete understanding of our products, the current market place and our competitors
: Develop and expand relationships with existing customer base utilizing all avenues of communication and resources to ensure customer retention levels are met and exceeded
: Keep up to speed with what inventory we have available to offer
: Evaluate the scope of your customers project requirements and keep management abreast of all large projects
: Update weekly written quote status
: Skillfully qualify sales opportunities, overcome customer objections and accurately prepare quotes, negotiate and close business deals
: Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Navision, maintaining accurate customer data, revenue opportunities and follow:up planning
: Utilize Internet to identify prospects, projects, customer and market changes
: Conduct customer and site visits when necessary
: Be up to date on current pricing, products and service offers
: Attend trade shows, meet and greets and project meetings (town halls etc.)
: Highly motivated individual with the ability to adapt to change
: Strong customer service skills
: Demonstrates ability to engage customers quickly and establish credibility with the customer and project
: Demonstrates high volume of outbound sales calls
: Strong analytical and problem:solving skills
: High level of drive, energy and initiative that align with the goals of the department and organization
: Self starter, with the eagerness to grow and develop new/current business
: Team oriented to get the job done One Team, One Goal, ability to work with cross:functional teams to ensure great customer experience
: Organized, with the ability to work independently and seeks growth
: Strong professional work ethic and possesses great character
: BS/BA preferred, or some college combined with relevant work experience in a professional work environment
: Ideal candidate will have 1:3 years sales experience, preferred sales experience within the mobile office/modular space, equipment leasing industry
: Salesforce experience preferred
: Microsoft Navision experience preferred
: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Outlook
: Dodge reporting preferred
Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Sales and Customer Ops Mgr and Sales and Marketing Mgr
7am : 5pm Monday : Friday, with an occasional Saturday
