Were on the lookout for yet another innately curious mind to join the team here. This position is for a Digital Project Manager:so if you like never being bored, youll get your wish managing and guiding digital work throughout the Agency. Were looking for someone with at least three years of experience executing digital projects for an Agency. In:house experience is fine with us, too. You just need to be comfortable supporting several large Clients, managing workflows and timelines, prioritizing workloads, adjusting the process as needed and being a general ambassador for the Agencys digital capabilities. You know, no big deal.

Responsibilities:
:Create accurate project schedules and work with all department leads to develop schedules for integrated projects that sync or overlap accordingly
:Track/monitor job progress, including milestones to ensure deadlines are met
:Work with traffic team and digital/creative department heads to balance workloads of cross:functional team based on team member bandwidth, capability and Client project priorities
:Identify and clearly communicate project resource risks to digital/creative department heads
:Manage expectations collaboratively with digital, creative, media, account services and production departments
:Support in documenting the vision for the project in a scope of work SOW document, based on the creative brief and/or discussions with account team and digital directors
:Define project requirements and develop functional specification documentation
:Review projects for accuracy, functionality and alignment with site objectives
:Ensure work meets Clients objectives
:Assist digital/creative department in developing estimates and tracking costs for projects
:Track, report and regulate major Client issues relating to a given project
:Develop testing and QA plans
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
:Minimum three years of Agency or in:house Agency experience
:BA in design, marketing, communications, management or related field
:Working knowledge of project management tools
:Knowledge of current web trends and technologies
:Basic knowledge of content management systems such as Umbraco, WordPress and Drupal
:Overall digital knowledge of user interface (UI) design and development
:Software: MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat (FileMaker Pro is a plus)
:Knowledge of timelines and resources necessary for digital projects that include: banner ads, landing pages, websites, emails, enewsletters
:Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
:Effective management of multiple, concurrent projects against aggressive timelines without compromising accuracy or quality
:Great interpersonal skills and a do:whatever:it:takes attitude
