Your Impact As A Health and Welfare Delivery SpecialistThe Delivery Specialist is accountable for supporting his/her team in providing outstanding service delivery for assigned client(s). The Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures and contractual performance standards. This includes owning and completing complex tasks, project planning and management, and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality including identifying process improvements that will lead to improvements in quality and efficiency. The Delivery Specialist will respond promptly, thoughtfully, and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities, and new situations and will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively, and appropriately, with internal resources, clients, and third parties in a global and virtual working environment. This position supports Aon HewittA?s benefits administration and HR BPO platform businesses. Aon has announced a sale of those businesses to Blackstone, a leading private equity firm. After the transaction closes, this position would be with the new company that Blackstone is forming for the benefits administration and HR BPO platform businesses. This position is required to travel 1 day per week; typical travel is to Wilmington, DE or Washington DC. Job Responsibilities:Support end to end client service delivery for aligned domain(s)Independently handle complex tasks such as client escalations, report analysis, and communication to key stakeholdersManage projects, coordinating with clients, third parties, and other Aon Hewitt servicesBuild personal domain, plan, and regulatory knowledge through formal learning and on the job learning experiencesConsult and coordinate with CS and other Shared ServicesParticipate in internal client acceptance testing and integration testingDevelop client acceptance test plans and support the client testing experienceReview and sign off on escalated Benefits Operations Administration (BOA) deliverablesto ensure ongoing adherence to standard operating procedures and overall quality of the deliverablesProvide coaching and development of BOAs to create a culture of continuous improvementDocuments change orders and changes to plan requirementsEnsure SOPs for processing are up to date and match requirementsWrite and maintain queriesCalculate service:related metrics and identify process improvement opportunities You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsBusiness/financial acumenStrong listening and interpersonal skillsStrong organization skills with the ability to multi:task and drive and prioritize own workSkilled at properly researching, identifying, and documenting issuesStrong attention to detailEffective working in a team environmentGeneral knowledge of administrative systems and processesUnderstanding of shared services, Customer Service, etc., and interactions with TBA teamFamiliarity with all components of service delivery related to specific domain(s)(HW/DB/DC)Ability to execute key operations management routines and identify enhancement opportunitiesEffective use of basic business productivity tools and Microsoft applicationsPreferred Experience:Understanding of the CBA System and itA?s interactionsWorking knowledge of benefits related laws and regulationsFamiliarity with Aon Hewitt Best PracticesPrioritization of BOA work Education: BachelorA?s degree (in a business context prefe
