The Shift Leader is responsible for providing each customer with the highest level of customer service and consistently focusing on the total guest experience.
:Greet all guests in a smiling, friendly manner
:Provide a fast and friendly guest experience
:Provide a clean workplace which includes following various cleaning checklists and following appropriate health and safety standards
:Maintain a clean and stocked yogurt and seating area
:Assist other team members and management with shift duties and store procedures
:Must comply and ensure compliance of Food and Safety requirements
:Responsible for supervision of team members and checklist execution during given shifts
:Responsible for completing machine cleaning and scheduled parts replacement before working an opening shift
:Provide follow:up to the Yogurt Mountain Manager on Team Member performance
:Assists in training and development of new and existing Team Members
:Responsible for executing orders and inventories and receiving, as directed by the Yogurt Mountain Manager
:Ensure the store is prepared for inspections from home office and the Yogurt Mountain Franchise Team
:Responsible for all cash transactions
:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, up to 40 hours per week
:Maximize profits and customer service by operating the store in adherence with all Yogurt Mountain/Books:A:Million policies and guidelines
:Monitor the quality of the products served, as well as the quality of customer service
:Train and develop associates and managers in all areas of the store
:Order and maintain adequate stock levels
:Maintain store standards to comply with policies, directives, and Local Health Department Codes
:Work with the Management team to achieve a grade of B or higher on each Store Appraisal Report
:Ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis
:Ensure that all customers are greeted, invited back, and satisfied with their purchases
:Maintain all aspects of the stores operational requirements in order to ensure that exemplary customer service standards are achieved daily
:18 years of age or older
:Positive background check
:Strong customer service skills
:Demonstrated and continued adherence to all Yogurt Mountain/Books:A:Million Policies and Procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Customer Service Policy
:Demonstrated ability to act in a mature, enthusiastic and professional manner
:Completion of the Yogurt Mountain Training Courses within the first 30 days
