If this is you, read on...KeyW Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly:technical, professional, personable and driven individual to join our recruiting team as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be dually responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the organization, while performing full:life cycle recruiting activities, largely in support of our Intelligence Community programs and initiatives. In addition to meeting expectations of performing at a high level of competency, exercising strong judgement and interaction both at a corporate level and within designated areas of focus, the position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: aligning with the team recruiting strategy to partner with managers, leaders and colleagues to achieve hiring goals, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers, and facilitation of onboarding. You will have the capability to utilize and exploit a variety of resources to target highly:cleared candidates with specialized technical expertise, i.e., social media and web:based initiatives, job fairs, networking and commonly used job boards. As a Lead, you will be a key member of the corporate staff and will be expected to utilized your leadership capabilities in support of corporate initiatives that align with corporate goals, and may be called upon to serve in a managerial role as our organization evolves and workload demands increase. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 5 years of experience in a technical recruiting capacity, with experience in both a staffing agency environment, as well as with Federal recruiting in the Intelligence Community and Defense arenasAbility to demonstrate exercising exceptional leadership, judgement and time:management skillsMust demonstrate the capability to understand big picture company and recruiting objectives, while also drilling down into more direct areas of focusExperience supporting proposal efforts and interacting with Business Development team members.Solid experience with full:usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS, is a mustMust have understanding of and capability to support DOL, EEO/AA, and OFCCP compliance and reporting directivesMust have a strong presence::be comfortable in an outward facing role, demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly, and be able to anticipate and manage change, often in a short timeframeMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of local and national employment market characteristics, and ability to translate the cleared:world effectivelyMust have ability to learn and assimilate quickly, both as an individual performer and within a team environmentThe position will require occasional travel to our Falls Church, VA office, as well as other office locations in the US ( Desired Skills and Qualifications:US Government Security ClearancePreference will be given to candidates that have previous experience recruiting Cyber skill sets, such as Reverse Engineers, CNO Developers, and CNO Analysts Experience and comfort working within an changing and growing environment::organizational/leadership changes, M and A familiarity, etc.
