Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking a Manager Project Manager 2 to join our leadership team of qualified and diverse individuals supporting the Business Operations Support Center (BOSC) Contract. This position will be located in Woodlawn, MD or through a Telework Arrangement .

Roles and Responsibilities

The qualified applicant will support our Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer under the Innovation Sites Business Operations Support Center (IBOSC) program. As the IBOSC Governance Manager, the selected candidate will be required to deliver in the following Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve and partner with each member of the IBOSC Leadership Team to meet CMS/CMMI requirements of IBOSC through consistently strong, positive, cooperative relationships.
  • Partner with IBOSC Leadership to create, drive, communicate and sustain the IBOSC Program vision and mission fostering an environment of empowerment and teamwork.
  • Treat each Northrop Grumman co-worker (management, peer or subordinate) and CMMI employee as a valued, contributing team member.
  • Maintain a commitment to on-scope, on-time, on-budget delivery of quality IBOSC services and product to drive unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Define, implement, deliver and maintain training and communications that inform IBOSC personnel about IBOSC purpose and services, as well as informs staff of new and updated procedures.
  • Define, implement, operate and maintain the elements of IBOSC Quality Assurance including audit programs that verify personnel adherence to IBOSC procedures, delivery of quality services on CMS behalf and to inquirers, and accurately anticipates the level of CMS and inquirer satisfaction.
  • Work with the IBOSC Leadership team to define and implement metrics and reports that communicate IBOSC successful performance as well as program and individual opportunities for improvement.
  • Other duties as required and in the best interest of the Program.
