Jr. Recruiter
Columbia MD

Basic Function:
Reporting to the Director, HR and Operations, responsible for working in collaboration with hiring managers and/or clients to source, assess, oversee and support the full:life cycle of the recruitment and hiring process for HR Anew and client positions. Also provides marketing, business development, and proposal support : e.g., preparing and presenting HR Anews capabilities and services to potential clients, and providing viable candidates/resumes for proposals. Ensures outstanding customer service and collaboration with HR Anew and client key stakeholders : ensuring that existing relationships are maintained and grow; and new relationships are established and built upon.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Implement the recruitment and hiring strategy, policies, procedures, and proven best practices for HR Anew.
:Help to grow and maintain a minimum of 15 vacant positions on the books to fill for HR Anew and clients.
:Engage in full cycle recruitment and hiring services to staff all level positions for clients and HR Anew : in multiple industries and job disciplines.
:Build a talent database of diverse candidates for multiple disciplines for government, private, and/or non:profit positions.
:Support and participate in marketing and business development initiatives such as calling on prospective clients to share information about HR Anew, client/prospective client presentations, research on prospective clients and preparation for meetings, proposal support, and other related tasks.
:Maintain the companys Applicant Tracking System ensuring the integrity of the data input, resume input, and related information.
:Provide input and maintain marketing, business development, and promotional items using by the recruitment and hiring business unit.
:Attend networking and professional development initiatives to help brand HR Anew, build the recruitment and hiring business unit, and continue individual professional growth and development.
:Build relationships with existing and prospective clients to assess recruitment and hiring needs and provide solutions.
:Handle all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and hiring process
:Ensure all hiring activity/practices including record keeping are in compliance with state and federal regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
:Must be creative, innovative, strong work ethics, a go:getter, with the ability to research and discover new ways to connect with high quality candidates and then build rapport to successfully help HR Anew and our clients attain them for employment.
:Must have strong exploration, research; follow through, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with proven experience identifying candidates within short timelines.
Education
:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management or related filed. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE
:2 years of experience in corporate or government recruitment, preferably staffing/agency recruitmentpany Description:/h3:
