Position Summary:

HR Anew is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Jr. Program Manager, EEO and HR Consulting Services. This position is responsible to provide management, leadership, and support to EEO client accounts. Essential responsibilities include:



EEO Management and Support Services: Manage and support EEO services to include project intake,
acceptance/dismissal letters, counseling, alternative dispute
resolution/mediation, investigations, and final agency decisions.

HCM and HRM Management and Support Services: Manage and support HCM and HRM services to ensure HR Anew and client tasks, deliverables, and projects are performed and delivered with the highest quality and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring compliance with employment laws, rules, regulations, HR Anew and client policies and/or contractual requirements.

Program Management : Client/Business Relations: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients.

Program Management : Employee Relations: Provide employee relations management and support to direct and/or indirect employees.

Program Management : Independent Consultant (IC) Relations: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with HR Anew independent consultants and/or subcontractors.

Recruitment and Staffing: As a manager, participate in the hiring of high performing employees and independent consultants to support assigned HR Anew and client engagements.

Business
Development/Proposal Support: Support marketing and business development opportunities : build relationships with client points of contact, HR Anew employees, independent consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; review/gain intelligence about client business forecasts and ensure HR Anew management is aware of potential future business opportunities.

Internal Business Processes: Help to create, build, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are SMART, simple, efficient, add value, are cost effective, transparent, customer centric, and that minimize risks, and ensure consistent quality.

Professional Development: Complete and maintain certifications as an EEO Investigator, Counselor, Mediator, and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) : competency based certification. Pursue and achieve advanced degrees as desired or needed.

Special Projects: Lead and/or assist with special projects and/or other tasks as identified and requested.

Position Requirements

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Finance, Economics or related field. JD and/or legal background highly desired. Masters degree a plus. SHRM:SCP, EEO and PMP certifications are highly desired.

Must be certified as an EEO Investigator and completes the annual 8:hour refresher training (proof of certification will be required)



Skills:

Self:starter, accountable, resourceful. Goes the extra mile without supervision to ensure performance expectations are proactively achieved.

Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills required.

Strong program management and consultative skills are essential.

World class customer service skills.
