We have opportunities to staff user experience designers and developers (UX) within our portfolio of contracts out of our companys Columbia Maryland office. All positions require a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance that has been active within the past 24 months. We are seeking all levels of UX from entry level to very senior. We have opportunities across a broad range of skills. Candidates with a demonstrable history of success in any combination of the following skills are being sought (list is not exhaustive): User Experience, Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, HTML, CSS, Identity Design, Illustration, Information ArchitecturePhotoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and other Adobe Creative Suite productsDesigning compelling, award:winning user interfacesFormal education in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Architecture, or related field from NID / IDC or equivalentExpertise in visual design using tools like Photoshop, IllustratorPrototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver and/or other tools Ensures that the look and feel supports the organizationA?s strategies and goals and facilitates user interaction with the system. Responsible for a variety of design tasks including: web site design, user interfaces for software applications, interactive learning tools, presentation design, and information visualization.Establishes, evaluates, and incorporates statistical indicators and information captured through WebTrends and related sources into the interactive design to continuously improve and evolve the end:user experience.; Manages the feedback process throughout the development lifecycle.; Manages the communication process of the application design and structure to the business and engineering teams.; Communicates the application design and structure to the business and engineering teams.; Builds sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation that articulate site and application structure and organization. Ensures ease of navigation and simplicity of design.; Evaluates and documents stakeholder needs.; Captures web:based system requirements including brand message, marketing, customer experience, and operational and usability requirements.; Defines, designs, and executes usability testing, captures specific target audience feedback, incorporates feedback into site design, and completes results analysis.; Acts as analyst and/or designer.; Conducts analysis using heuristic techniques.REQUIRED SKILLS:A: Must currently hold an active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearanceA: Associates DegreeA: 1:30+ years of work related experience
