Job Description:/h3:
We are looking for a outgoing and personable individual to be our Director of First Impressions.
Summary of responsibilities
This position provides administrative support to the office, interfacing with clients and maintaining operating efficiency with paperwork and software programs. Creative writing and
marketing/PR/social media skills are a plus.
Principal responsibilities
* File/upload client statements, correspondence, and agreements
* Answer inbound calls
* Handle advisor needs proactively
* Update CRM systems
* Make recommendations to systematize and improve office functioning
* Light office cleaning
* Greet onsite visitors and guests
* Plan and schedule/confirm appointments and events
* Draft correspondence and other formal documents
* Ability to prioritize and multitask


Required
knowledge/skills/competencies
* High attention to detail
* 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably financial services but not necessary)
* Demonstrated ability to work in fast:paced environment
* Superior organizational skills
* Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
